These little protein packed, balls of goodness make an ideal snack when on the go! Really tasty and great for satisfying that sweet craving, make a batch and keep them to hand as a pre workout or post workout snack!
Place all of the ingredients except the cinnamon into a bowl and using your hands, combine thoroughly into a thick paste.
Divide into two, and roll into ball shapes.
Sprinkle the cinnamon onto a plate.
Roll the balls on the plate, to get an even coverage of cinnamon.
Consume immediately or refrigerate in an airtight container until ready to serve.
